This is a remote position.
A leading company in the USA real estate industry is seeking a remote Website Project Manager to oversee website development projects and ensure a seamless client experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the production team, managing every stage of the website development process from onboarding to launch.
Standard business hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm for 3 days per week, 11am to 8pm for 2 days per week.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a customer-facing project management or customer success role at a SaaS or digital marketing company. With strong communication skills and a deep understanding of digital production, the Website Project Manager builds lasting client relationships, translates goals and creative vision into actionable development plans, provides regular updates, and navigates technical challenges to deliver high-quality websites tailored to each client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Guide the customer journey, taking full ownership of the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor and expert on products and services.
Drive value through proactive, client-obsessed project management.
Lead client onboarding, review and training meetings.
Provide regular project updates and answer customer questions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and basic technical support to customers via phone, email and video conferencing.
Manage customer feedback and coordinate production needs with the design and development team.
Provide production and quality assurance support to the sales, design and development teams.
Organise production workflows, manage support tickets, prioritise development tasks and oversee client deliverables.
Provide administrative support across the sales and production teams.
Identify inefficiencies and develop creative solutions to improve team productivity and the customer experience.
Develop and implement scalable onboarding and project management processes.
