If you are a highly skilled, and experienced Mid-Senior Graphic Designer you have the opportunity to play a key role in conceptualising and creating compelling visual assets across various platforms.
You will collaborate closely with the creative and account service team and clients to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives and exceed expectations. You will oversee and mentor other designers and be expected to demonstrate innovative problem solving and strong, creative, conceptual thinking, technical design skills. You need to feel comfortable to respectfully interrogate the client brief and have the ability to handle projects with appropriate autonomy

Creative Execution
Develop innovative and creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a diverse range of projects
Turn marketing goals into effective creative strategies.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and brand identities, translating their vision into impactful visual solutions that resonate with their target audience.
Concept Development and Project Management
Contribute original ideas and support campaign storytelling.
Effectively prioritise tasks and allocate resources to meet project goals.
Lead projects from concept to delivery
Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketers, and other designers to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure cohesive execution across all creative assets.
Mentorship & Collaboration
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to designers, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
Client Engagement
Join client meetings to present design concepts.
Apply feedback constructively in revisions.
Brand Consistency
Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity to strengthen brand recognition and equity.
Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines.
Industry Awareness
Stay current with design trends and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
Please note:
Overtime is the norm in this industry, so be willing to work overtime and on weekends where necessary however you will have the opportunity to gain back the overtime worked in line with BCEA.
Be able to handle working under extreme pressure, as there are multiple jobs in the system at any given time.

Certificates from recognised institutions that specialise in advertising, marketing, and graphicdesign.
Successful candidates will be tasked with a project for completion as part of the vetting process in order to be shortlisted to final stages.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software (Figma and Canva).
Experience leading 1-3 creatives through concepts/creative campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Superior creative thinking, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Developed communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus.
